肖朋，男，1989年11月生，汉族，四川省内江市人，博士，讲师，硕士研究生导师。2011年6月本科结业于四川大学，2019年6月获凯时（北京）化学工程与手艺专业博士学位。现为化学工程系西席，主要研究偏向为气体水合物应用手艺开发、自然气水合物开采、气体疏散。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，中国博士后科学基金博士后立异人才支持妄想项目1项。揭晓论文20余篇。
