朱先磊 ，女 ，博士 ，副教授。1995年和1998年于吉林大学情形科学系先后获情形科学专业学士和硕士学位；2001年于南开大学情形科学与工程学院获情形科学专业博士学位；2001年至2004年 ，在北京大学情形学院从事博士后研究事情；2005年至2007年 ，在美国新泽西州立医学与口腔医科大学情形与职业康健科学研究所从事博士后研究事情。2004年9月至今 ，在凯时（北京）任教。主要从事大气情形化学、袒露科学和情形康健科学的教学和研究事情。曾加入国家科技部、国家自然科学基金委、美国环保局、美国康健影响研究所等资助的国家级、省部级和国际科研项目 ，已在海内外刊物揭晓论文二十余篇。
